One day, while waiting at a local pet grooming salon (our golden retriever Biscuit needed his spa day), we noticed something. The groomer was juggling a paper notebook, sticky notes everywhere, and a phone that wouldn't stop ringing. Appointments were getting mixed up. Clients were frustrated. The groomer — clearly talented at making pups look pawsome — was drowning in admin work.
We thought: "We build software for a living. Why isn't there something simple and affordable for pet groomers?"
That question wouldn't leave us alone.
